The field of organizational development and change helps managers and middle managers improve organizational effectiveness by working with other stakeholders to design, facilitate, and evaluate changes. Through the use of diagnostic models, students will learn how to plan and carry out effective organizational development and change projects and interventions within their own organizations.
Designed for the manager or executive who faces change-related challenges at work, students of this graduate certificate program will learn about the theories, skills, and professional frameworks of organizational development and change that can be applied to real-world situations.
Upon graduation, students will have developed the necessary core competencies to become the leaders of change in their organizations. This program is offered at Webster’s St. Louis home campus and online.
