Flewellen: Diversity, equity and inclusion, or DEI, has always been in the DNA of Webster.

Flewellen: Founded in 1915 by women for women for years before women, albeit white women, could even vote.

Flewellen: DEI was in the DNA of Webster when we graduated our first two Black students in 1950 four years before Brown versus Board of Education requiring the integration of schools across America.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness
Webster University employees may be eligible for forgiveness of federal loans through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. PSLF is a federal program designed to reduce the burden of student loan debt for people who work in public service.

Whistleblowing Compliance Reporting Hotline
Members of the Webster community can report suspected violations of law and/or University policies through the compliance reporting portal or through the reporting hotline by dialing 800-461-9330, toll free in the United States, or referring to Find Your Organization to choose the international number assigned to their country to report the issue with the help of a Convercent call center representative and language interpreter. The call center supports more than 300 languages.
