ATTRACT. RETAIN. UPSKILL.
The Office of Corporate Partnerships enables our partner organizations to attract,
retain and upskill the most important asset in the organization: the employees. Eligible
employees can pursue an undergraduate, master’s or certificate program at a preferred
tuition rate to acquire in-demand skills and evolving organizational needs.

Tuition Discount
Employees of our corporate partners receive a direct tuition discount — simply fill out the verification form after you have enrolled for classes. Some of our corporate partner organizations offer tuition reimbursement on top of the tuition discount. Consult your employer’s HR department for details.
Our Goals
We strive to engage our corporate partners simultaneously with our University's six schools and colleges, faculty, staff, students and extended campuses. We collaborate to develop and deliver beneficial corporate partner programs, and we engage corporate partners in our communities to provide solutions to common issues, prioritizing the needs and experiences of our working adult learners.
Individualized Learning When and Where You Want It
Meeting the needs of students — locally and globally — has remained a top priority for Webster University for more than 100 years. Our online programs offer the same high-quality instruction as our traditional on-ground classes, and our online students are an active, diverse and vibrant part of our community.
Benefits of a Webster University Educational Partnership
Adult learners are typically motivated by practical, real-world applications of their training. They seek learning experiences that offer immediate value and can be directly integrated into their personal or professional lives. To cater to this learning style, we have created an Educational Partnership Program that offers the following benefits:
- Flexibility and Convenience — Five different start times to coincide with busy schedules and onboarding; learning in three different modalities to engage with the material in a way that fits their needs.
- Real-World Scenarios — Use case studies, simulations and role-playing exercises that reflect actual challenges and situations learners might face in their jobs. This approach helps them see how the training content applies to their specific context.
- Expert Insight — Industry experts or practitioners who can share real-world insights and practical advice. This adds credibility to the training and helps learners connect theory with practice.
- Feedback and Reflection — Incorporate opportunities for learners to reflect on their experiences and receive feedback on their application of new skills. This helps reinforce learning and address any challenges they may encounter.
- Resources — Academic support on varying levels: Assistive Technology, Disability Accommodations, Testing Center, Tutoring Program, Writing Services, Mental Health Support.
Corporate Partner Tuition Rate
Most programs offered by Webster University are eligible for the 20% discount Corporate Partner Tuition Rate (CPTR), including some of our most popular programs listed below.
- The corporate partner tuition rate must be requested before the end of the term and will not be retroactive for previous terms of enrollment.
- Employees must self-disclose their employment status on the Corporate Partner Employee Verification Form. You must be admitted to Webster before you complete the form. After you complete the form, you will receive a confirmation email stating your corporate discount will be applied to your account.
- The corporate partner tuition rate will be applied after the drop/add each term, typically after the first week of classes.
- All students must renew eligibility through the Corporate Partner Employee Verification Form once per year following initial enrollment. We encourage students to renew in the fall term.
The following are ineligible for the CPTR: students enrolled in programs billed as a flat tuition rate rather than per credit hour charge, including but not limited to full-time undergraduate students (students taking 13 credit hours or more per semester), Webster International Network School (WINS) partner programs, dual enrollment and dual credit programs, Summer Institute, post-master’s or doctoral programs, including EdD, EdS, DNAP (nurse anesthesia), Global MA in International Relations, Global MA in International Nongovernmental Organizations, RN to BSN and Military Rates. Webster reserves the right to exclude other programs not listed here, now or in the future.
A Strong Connection to Our Business Community Partners
Recognizing the growing interconnectedness of our world, for 40 years we have been building an action-oriented global network of faculty, staff, students and alumni who forge powerful bonds with each other and with their communities around the globe. Today, we serve more than 13,000 students at U.S. and global locations, including metro, military and international sites.
