Practice! Practice! Practice!

Whether the goal is eating better, exercising more, or practicing regularly, it’s well-documented that it takes at least three weeks to establish a new habit. Imagine how strong that habit becomes after over three months!

In the CMS Suzuki Program, we have a long tradition of challenging our students to practice for one hundred consecutive days. Though it might require a re-start or two, once our students experience the progress and ease that comes with consistent daily practice they’re motivated to continue-which is why some of them have gone well beyond the original goal to reach over a thousand days! Not only do students enjoy the benefits, but their parents appreciate that practice has become a priority and part of the family’s routine, leading to fewer struggles.

We hope you will join us in celebrating CMS’s upcoming Centennial by accepting the 100-Day Practice Challenge!

  1. You must play every day, including weekends
  2. The consecutive 100 days must begin on or after January 1, 2025, and end October 1, 2025.
