Report an Incident
An Information Security and Privacy Incident is a violation or imminent threat of violation of individual privacy rights, acceptable use policies or information security policies. Please report any potential privacy or information security incident immediately, as timely reporting allows the privacy and information security team to determine if further investigation is necessary, and limits any further damage or loss of data.
Important Triage Guidelines
To report a privacy and/or security incident, fill out the Incident Reporting Form, using the link below. It is very important that you:
- Do NOT wipe the device or otherwise attempt to remediate the issue.
- Leave the device powered on (preserving evidence).
- Disconnect the device from the network, both wired and wireless.
- Report the privacy/information security incident immediately.
