Visit Us at Webster University
Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to visit Webster’s St. Louis main
campus.
Our Welcome Center currently hosts groups in seventh grade or higher. We do not have
a limit on the number of students who may visit as part of a group, but for larger
groups we may request more time to provide the best service and experience for your
students.
Our group visits always include a 30-minute presentation about the University and an hour-long tour of the campus. Special requests for other information or activities can be made on our group visit request form.
When the form is completed, a staff member from our office will reach out to the contact provided to confirm your visit request.
Group Visit Policies
Our group visits always include a 30-minute presentation about the University and an hour-long tour of the campus. Special requests for other information or activities can be made in our group visit request form.
Group visits are welcome at Webster any time of the year except for federal and major
holidays and during winter break, from the second Monday of December until after Martin
Luther King Day in January of the following year.
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If your visit needs to be scheduled outside
of this time frame, please let us know in the special request section of the group visit form.
Webster University does not currently provide lunches to visiting groups. Interested visiting groups who wish to eat lunch on campus may let us know in the group visit form and then follow one of the following options:
- Bring lunches from their school.
- Order food from off campus to be delivered.
- If your group is 20 students or less, they may eat on campus and pay with their own funds.
We do not show housing during our group visits.
If your visiting group members are junior or seniors, we ask for one chaperone per
15 students.
If your visiting group members are sophomores or younger, we ask for one chaperone
per 10 students.
Our office prides itself on its flexibility and ability to work with unexpected changes. If you have any reason to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations may cause your group to be prohibited from visiting campus, but generally, we ask to reschedule as part of the cancellation.
To cancel your visit, send an email to campusvisit@webster.edu or call 314-246-7912.
Upon confirmation of your visit, an emergency contact number for someone within the
Office of Admission will be provided.
For emergencies, please call campus security at 314-246-6911, or call 911.
For other concerns before your visit, you may email campusvisit@webster.edu or call 314-246-7912.
