Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling 

The Visitor Center has a new procedure: you can only pick up your base pass on the day of your first class, and it will last the full term. If you need base access, please contact the Bolling office: elizabethfadl@webster.edu. The Visitor Center is open Monday-Friday 6am – 3pm (must be signed in before 2:30pm).

Building 11 is the Education Center on Brookley Ave where the Webster University office is located.
Building 52 is the Jimmy Stewart Theater on Duncan Ave which is parallel to the Education Center.

Step-by-Step Guide

All students completing all degree requirements in May 2020 must fill out a Petition to Graduate.

Petitions are due:

  • Spring 1: January 7, 2020
  • Spring 2: March 2, 2020

Graduate School Petitions:

Petitions will be routed to the correct staff member once form is completed and submitted.

NOTE: An e-mail confirming receipt of the petition will be sent upon submission.

Students who have completed all of their academic requirements to graduate must clear their Student Business Office account balance prior to diploma and transcript release. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.75% convenience fee. Check payments have a holding period of ten days before release of transcripts. For more information, call the Business Office at 1-800-981-9803.

*It is recommended that individuals requiring wheelchair assistance bring their own wheelchair. Please note the Muny property is accessible but, individuals must be able to negotiate an incline for seating for the main Muny stage.

St. Louis area graduates may purchase their caps and gowns at the University Bookstore, 554 Garden Avenue, Webster Groves, Missouri during the Grad Salute Days. Join in the celebration. Enter to win prizes and don't miss special graduation pricing on Jostens class rings. Take care of all your graduation needs on these days.
