Tubular Bells, Sleigh Bells and More: A concert by the Webster University Wind Ensemble
What/Who:
The Webster University Wind Ensemble performs an eclectic concert featuring selections for the entire group as well as compositions for the individual sections.
Colton Lytle, a Webster University percussion major, has arranged Tubular Bells (1973) by Michael Oldfield for the Percussion Ensemble. Bells will also be present in Troika (a three-horse drawn sleigh) movement from Lieutenant Kijé (1933) by Sergei Prokofiev.
