Keep it Green
Is green the new black? That’s debatable in the fashion world,
but certainly not here at Webster! Take some tips from the
Residential Housing Association on living green: Try to buy
products with minimal to no packaging. If a tenth of products
you bought had little or no packaging, it would eliminate more
than fifty pounds of waste per household per year. Plus, this
can save you at least $30 annually, since about 10% of the cost
of your groceries is in the packaging. So bring your own
take-out box to Marletto’s, and skip the paper bag on your
Kaldi’s muffin!
