About
Simon Pummell's animated and special FX films for television, MTV idents, and promos for rock band Queen, have won numerous international awards. In 2003 he wrote and directed Bodysong, a cross-media project combining feature film & Web site that received critical acclaim and a BAFTA Interactive 2004: a British Independent Film Award Best Documentary Feature 2003; an Ivor Novello Nomination Best Soundtrack 2004 among numerous other awards.

In 2005/6 he received a UK National Endowment for Science, Technology & Art 'Dream Time Fellowship' for outstanding practitioners in Arts & Science.

For the Fall 2007 Semester he has been invited to be a guest lecturer at the Department of Visual and Environmental Studies at Harvard University
