Webster University is seeking a Graduate Assistant in the Office of the Dean, Walker School of Business & Technology for the August 2013 – May 2014 academic year.

Position Description

  • Provide administrative support for the Dean's office, Dean and Associate Dean
  • Conduct short and long-term industry research and data collection projects
  • Support and coordinate special projects related to assessment/consistency initiative
  • Create/ post marketing materials for WSBT sponsored events
  • Assist/ Lead Coordination for WSBT meetings (i.e. catering, logistics, set-up)
  • Maintenance of Walker School of Business & Technology email/server lists
  • Executive level receptionist and administrative duties
  • Maintain and post video and text to social media outlets (optional)

EAB Student Assistant

Job Description: Provide administrative and customer service support for the East Academic Building. Duties will include but are not limited to receptionist and secretarial responsibilities, customer service, filing, running errands, research, room reservations, monitoring and creating databases, report generation, meetings and event planning and setup, and other general office duties as assigned. Coordinate with housekeeping, catering and facilities on building updates and services. Position reports to the East Academic Building Representative.
