The Constant Contact session prepares campus and department representatives to put new Webster Constant Contact accounts to use. Topics include: learning the purpose of the email management tool, creating contact lists, and sending email.
Determine if your location has Constant Contact account. If it does, then register for training. If not, submit a work order at http://www.webster.edu/globalmarketingcommunications/project-work-request.html to request a new Constant Contact account at least two weeks before training. Please include your service email account. This is a departmental or campus email account (non-person specific) that someone monitors (e.g.,firstname.lastname@example.org). After you receive your account credentials, register for training. If you have questions, please contact the IT Service Desk.
