Timeline
- 1915: Founded by the Sisters of Loretto, the college was the first 4-year Catholic women’s college west of the Mississippi River
- 1962: Became coeducational
- 1967: Sisters of Loretto voted to transfer leadership to a lay board of directors
- 1972: Opened first extended campus in Kansas City, Mo.
- 1974: Opened first military campus in Ft. Sheridan, Ill.
- 1978: Opened first European campus in Geneva
